Experience has shown us that problems with most translation tools tend to only arise when you start processing “real” data. Loctimize therefore offers support by phone, by e-mail and online via desktop sharing for all the products we train people to use: Across, memoQ, SDL MultiTerm, SDL Passolo, SDL Trados, Wordfast, and so on. 

Our availability and our response time

Loctimize’s support service is available from Mondays to Saturdays. We will try and process your enquiry as quickly as we can. This will generally be within a few hours, or within one working day at the latest.

Flexible invoicing

Support tickets: invoicing for support cases via support tickets covering up to 15 minutes. Bills for support will contain a list of all the support you have received within this period.
Support contracts: project-related support for a given period of time.

On site support

Problems with stand-alone systems can often be solved online. The installation or maintenance of several workstations and the planning, installation and configuration of server-based systems normally requires work directly on the customer’s premises. We will be happy to support your administrator on site if this is deemed necessary.

Online support

We use desktop-sharing tools in order to simplify support (netviewer and TeamViewer, among others).

These programs allow one-to-one interaction on the participant’s computer desktop via a secure Internet connection.
